Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial of esketamine in postoperative respiratory complications (PRC) and respiratory complication (2 arms), sponsored by The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University. Primary endpoints: Incidence of pulmonary complications within 7 days after surgery and Postoperative liver and kidney function. Planned start Feb 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
