Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of faricimab in Vein occlusion (RVO), central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO) and branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO), sponsored by Chaoju Eye Care. Primary endpoints: Change in best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) from baseline at week 48 and Change in central retinal thickness (CRT) from baseline at week 48. Planned start Feb 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
