Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial in Autoimmune Encephalitis (AE) comparing Ofatumumab + Daratumumab Combination Treatment Group, Ofatumumab Treatment Group and Repeated IVIG/PE Group (3 arms). Primary endpoint: Proportion of patients with mRS score 0-2 at 16 weeks. Planned start Mar 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
