Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of dasatinib, homoharringtonine, venetoclax and daunorubicin in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and early T-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ETP-ALL) (3 arms), sponsored by Institute of Hematology and Blood Diseases Hospital. Primary endpoints: End-of-induction MRD-negativity rate in patients with non-ETP T-ALL, End-of-induction MRD-negativity rate in patients with ETP/near-ETP T-ALL and 1 more. Planned start Mar 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
