Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in sleep disorder, postoperative pain, Postoperative Anxiety and 1 more comparing Dexmedetomidine + esketamine arm with Placebo arm (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Incidence of sleep disturbances within 3 days after surgery. Planned start Mar 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
