Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial in knee osteoarthritis (OA) and disorders of knee comparing TRV130 (oliceridine) PCA group with Sufentanil PCA group (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Difference in NRS time-weighted pain intensity scores at rest during the 48-hour treatment period. Planned start Mar 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
