Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial of sacubitril + valsartan and valsartan in essential hypertension, diabetic glomerulosclerosis and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (2 arms), sponsored by Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital. Primary endpoint: Change from baseline in 24-hour ambulatory systolic blood pressure. Planned start Apr 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
