Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial in chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia (CIT) comparing Romiplostim N01 with Observation / rhIL-11 (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Chemotherapy delay or dose reduction due to thrombocytopenia in Cycle X+2. Planned start May 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
