Overview
Phase 4, open-label trial of remimazolam in acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) (2 arms), sponsored by Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University. Primary endpoint: Reduction rate of interleukin-6 after 72 hours of sedative treatment compared with pretreatment. Planned start Apr 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
