Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of collagenase clostridium histolyticum in diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) (3 arms), sponsored by West China Hospital of Sichuan University. Primary endpoints: Percentage change in wound area at week 12 versus baseline and Proportion of subjects with complete granulation tissue coverage within 12 weeks. Planned start Apr 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
