ZVS203e for autosomal dominant retinitis pigmentosa with RHO p.R135W mutation

Phase 2, open-label trial of ZVS203e in Autosomal dominant retinitis pigmentosa (adRP) (4 cohorts), sponsored by Peking University Third Hospital. Primary endpoints: Change from baseline in best corrected visual acuity at Week 24 and Ocular and systemic adverse events and serious adverse events within 24 weeks.
