Ambrisentan in maintenance hemodialysis patients with secondary pulmonary hypertension

Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of ambrisentan in secondary pulmonary hypertension, uremia and end-stage kidney disease (ESKD) (2 arms), sponsored by Army Medical University. Primary endpoints: Pulmonary arterial systolic pressure (PASP) response rate at week 24 and Proportion of hospitalization due to aggravated pulmonary arterial hypertension at week 24.
