Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in head and neck cancer (HNC) and Radiation-Induced Pharyngitis comparing Conventional radiotherapy + placebo with Conventional radiotherapy + thalidomide (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Incidence of severe radiation-induced pharyngolaryngitis (Grade ≥3). Planned start May 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
