Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of ocrelizumab in multiple sclerosis (MS) and primary progressive multiple sclerosis (PPMS), sponsored by Peking Union Medical College Hospital. Primary endpoints: PPMS cohort pharmacodynamic biomarker and RMS cohort protocol-defined relapse. Planned start May 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
