Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of pioglitazone and semaglutide in metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (3 arms), sponsored by Zhongda Hospital, Southeast University. Primary endpoint: Liver fat content at 48 weeks. Planned start May 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
