Overview
Phase 4, open-label trial of sacubitril + valsartan and perindopril in chronic heart failure (CHF) and heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) (2 arms), sponsored by Second People's Hospital of Yunnan Province. Primary endpoint: Change in NT-proBNP after 12 weeks. Planned start May 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
