Overview
Phase 4 trial of bifidobacterium longum + lactobacillus acidophilus + enterococcus faecalis in colorectal cancer (CRC) (2 arms), sponsored by West China Hospital of Sichuan University. Primary endpoints: Incidence and severity of gastrointestinal symptom clusters and intra-cluster symptoms and Quality of life (FACT-C). Planned start Jul 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
