Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of kligabalin in diabetic polyneuropathy (DPN) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), sponsored by West China Hospital of Sichuan University. Primary endpoint: Change in ADPS pain score at 4 weeks vs baseline. Planned start Jul 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
