Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial in heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF), nocturnal hypertension (NH) and hypertension (HTN) comparing Sacubitril/valsartan monotherapy with Sacubitril/valsartan plus dapagliflozin (2 arms). Primary endpoints: All-cause death or cardiovascular death and Heart failure rehospitalization. Started Aug 2023; status: recruiting.
