Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in Primary acquired nasolacrimal duct obstruction (PANDO) comparing Topical tranexamic acid with Topical normal saline (placebo control) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Intraoperative blood loss (suction volume) and Intraoperative blood loss (neuropatty weight). Planned start Jul 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
