Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of Liuwei Nengxiao capsule in opioid-induced constipation (OIC) (2 arms), sponsored by Chengdu Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine. Primary endpoints: Spontaneous bowel movement (SBM) response rate, Time from first medication to first complete spontaneous bowel movement (CSBM) and 2 more.
