Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) comparing GST-HG141 + nucleos(t)ide analogue with GST-HG141 placebo + nucleos(t)ide analogue (2 arms). Primary endpoint: HBV DNA quantification < 20 IU/mL at week 48. Planned start Aug 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
