Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of irinotecan liposome, capecitabine and oxaliplatin in pancreatic cancer (PC) (2 arms), sponsored by Peking University First Hospital. Primary endpoints: Maximum tolerated dose of 2-week capecitabine regimen within irinotecan liposome + oxaliplatin + capecitabine and Objective response rate.
