Phase 4, randomised, single-blind trial in respiratory failure, None and Pain and Agitation in the Intensive Care Unit comparing Fospropofol disodium sedation arm with Propofol sedation arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Time to achieve ideal sedation goal, Time to regain consciousness after examination and 2 more. Planned start Aug 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
