Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in thyroid nodule, postoperative pain and postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) comparing Tapentadol fumarate group with Hydromorphone group (positive control) (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting. Planned start Aug 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
