Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in dermatomyositis (DM) and interstitial lung disease (ILD) comparing Tocilizumab arm with Placebo arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Minimal improvement in Total Improvement Score at week 16 and Change in PaO2/FiO2 at week 16 in patients with ILD. Planned start Aug 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
