Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial in essential hypertension and Perioperative cardiovascular instability (PCVI) comparing Ciprofol induction (Group C) with Etomidate induction (Group E) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Area under the curve (AUC) of difference between MAP and baseline in first 10 minutes after induction and Incidence of hypotension during anesthesia induction. Planned start Aug 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
