Phase 4, randomised trial in oral lichen planus (OLP) comparing Tretinoin + hydroxychloroquine sulfate + methylprednisolone with Hydroxychloroquine sulfate + methylprednisolone (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Week 12 Response Rate (CR + VGPR Rate). Planned start Aug 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
