Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial of tranexamic acid in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) (4 arms), sponsored by West China Tianfu Hospital. Primary endpoint: Incidence and severity of postoperative nausea and vomiting following tranexamic acid infusion administered 6 hours after surgery. Planned start Sep 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
