Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in psoriasis comparing Secukinumab + placebo with Secukinumab + metformin (2 arms). Primary endpoints: PASI 75 response at Week 24 and IGA 0–1 response at Week 24. Planned start Sep 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
