Overview
Phase 4, open-label trial of remifentanil, nalbuphine, hydromorphone, sufentanil and dezocine in acute pain, sleep disorder and respiratory failure (5 arms), sponsored by The First People's Hospital of Jingzhou. Primary endpoints: Effect of different analgesics on improvement of sleep disorders in ICU critically ill patients and Impact of different analgesics on probability and duration of mechanical ventilation in ICU critically ill patients.
