Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in atopic dermatitis (AD) comparing Ivarmacitinib + halometasone with Control: placebo + halometasone (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Percentage of patients achieving HECSI-75 at Week 16 and Percentage of patients achieving IGA-CHE 0 or 1 with ≥2-grade improvement at Week 16. Planned start Sep 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
