Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial in pulmonary hypertension (PH), cardiac disease and not applicable; "lung injury" is not a specific disease comparing Sivelestat sodium arm with Normal saline placebo arm (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change in oxygenation index at 24 hours postoperatively vs. pre-anesthesia induction. Planned start Sep 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
