Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial in postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) comparing O group: oliceridine + ondansetron with S group: sufentanil + ondansetron (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Incidence of nausea and vomiting within 24 hours postoperatively and QTc interval variation. Planned start Sep 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
