Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of isosorbide mononitrate and butylphthalide in Cerebral Small Vessel Disease (CSVD), lacunar infarct and ischemic stroke (4 arms), sponsored by Beijing Tiantan Hospital. Primary endpoints: Post-stroke disability at 6 months and Moderate or more severe headache within 6 months. Planned start Sep 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
