Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in obesity comparing Sleeve gastrectomy + Mazdutide with Sleeve gastrectomy + placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Percentage reduction in excess weight at 48 weeks (%EWL). Planned start Sep 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
