Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in bronchial carcinoma and postoperative pain comparing Sufentanil IV PCA, Olinvyk (oliceridine) IV PCA and Olinvyk + sufentanil IV PCA (3 arms). Primary endpoint: Incidence of moderate to severe pain within 48 hours after surgery. Planned start Oct 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
