Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial of gelofusine + sodium chloride in sepsis and Intra-abdominal infection (IAI) (2 arms), sponsored by Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University. Primary endpoints: Fluid balance at 24 hours postoperative and Proportion of patients achieving hemodynamic stability at 24 hours. Planned start Oct 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
