Overview
Phase 2, randomised, single-blind trial of LYB004 in herpes zoster (HZ) (6 arms), sponsored by Hunan Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Primary endpoints: Geometric mean concentration of anti-gE antibody one month after full immunization and Geometric mean titer of anti-VZV antibody one month after full immunization. Planned start Oct 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
