Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of picankibart in plaque psoriasis (3 arms), sponsored by Beijing Children's Hospital. Primary endpoints: Phase I – Safety: all adverse events and serious adverse events; changes in vital signs, laboratory tests, ECGs before and after administration, Phase III – Proportion of subjects achieving PASI 75 at Week 16 and 1 more.
