Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in prostate cancer (PCa) comparing Neostigmine group with Sugammadex group (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Mean DE-DB value of diaphragm during deep breathing 30 minutes after extubation. Planned start Nov 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
