Overview
Phase 2, randomised trial of SYS6043 in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and 1 more (18 arms), sponsored by Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Phase I: Dose limiting toxicity (DLT), Phase I: Treatment-emergent adverse events (TEAEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs) and 4 more.
