Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of toripalimab in small cell lung cancer (SCLC) (2 arms), sponsored by Shandong Cancer Hospital. Primary endpoints: Maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of lithium carbonate in combination with toripalimab and chemotherapy and Dose-limiting toxicity (DLT) of lithium carbonate combination. Planned start Nov 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
