Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of goserelin in breast cancer and Diminished Ovarian Reserve (DOR), sponsored by China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University. Primary endpoint: Anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) change at 12 months after completion of chemotherapy. Planned start Nov 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
