Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of fruquintinib, paclitaxel, nab-paclitaxel, tegafur and tegafur + gimeracil + oteracil in gastric adenocarcinoma, gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma and Peritoneal metastasis secondary to gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma (PM-GEJA), sponsored by Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University. Primary endpoint: Rate of 6-month progression-free survival. Planned start Nov 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
