Inhaled tobramycin as adjunctive therapy in mechanically ventilated severe pneumonia

Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial of tobramycin in pneumonia and Gram-negative pneumonia (2 arms), sponsored by The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University. Primary endpoint: Duration without mechanical ventilation from initiation of study medication through day 28. Planned start Nov 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
