Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in obesity, Overweight and knee osteoarthritis (OA) comparing Orforglipron MTD once daily with Placebo once daily (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change in WOMAC Pain subscale score from baseline to Week 72. Planned start Dec 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
