Overview
Phase 4, open-label trial of denosumab in osteoporosis and postmenopausal osteoporosis (2 arms), sponsored by First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. Primary endpoints: Maximum displacement of knee joint prosthesis (MTPM) at 12 months and Knee HSS score, VAS score, and WOMAC score differences at 3, 6, and 12 months.
