Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in postoperative pain comparing Oliceridine + azasetron PCIA with Sufentanil + azasetron PCIA (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Time-weighted AUC of postoperative pain scores (movement and rest) within 0–48 hours. Planned start Dec 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
