Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in sepsis comparing thymosin alpha 1 + ulinastatin with Control: placebo (normal saline) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in mean SOFA 2 score (Days 1–7) from baseline and Dynamic change of IL-6. Planned start Dec 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
